Congress-NCP Front will again spring to power in Maharashtra
Mahayuti is none less than sack of shreds. It would not affect us and Maharashtra would see a Congress- NCP front government in the upcoming elections, Industry Minister Narayan Rane said
Mumbai: Mahayuti is none less than sack of shreds. It would not affect us and Maharashtra would see a Congress- NCP front government in the upcoming elections, Industry Minister Narayan Rane said. Targeting AAP’s win in Delhi assembly elections, Rane said “Whatever the results are in Delhi, Maharashtra has always stopped the northern winds.”
Rane was at Pandharpur to visit the land dedicated for proposed ‘Varkari bhavan’ to be developed by Kankavli Varkari Mitra Mandal, a Kankavli based Varkari organization. Mrs. Neelam Rane was also accompanying the Industry Minister.
District Collector Dr. Pravin Gedam and MLA Bharat Bhalake welcomed the minister. Later Rane visited Vithhal temple. The minister inaugurated the ‘Shani Math’ on Sangola road. Talking with the reporters, Rane said that the Mahayuti is a sack of shreds and it would not affect the Congress-NCP front. Rane mockingly said that such shreds would not affect us because they were neither knitted nor had any stitches.
Electricity to go cheaper
The Industry Minister said that the committee under his chairmanship has submitted the report for lowering the electricity prices by 10% to 20%. The decrease by 20% would cost Rs 7000 crore and 10% decrease would cost Rs 1700 crore. Rane firmly said, “I not only have suggested the price cut but also have given other options to recover the differences.”
The minister further said that he would submit the Maratha reservation committee report to the government on 28th February.
