Employee suffering from cancer faces two transfers in six months

Thane: As the news about the promotion related documents with secret reports of 65 employees have been disappeared from the rural water supply department has not turned old enough, a new case of female employee ailing from cancer has come into light.
When V S Kudare, employee of the Dahanu Panchayat Samiti, is fighting with the disease, she is also facing a trauma at professional level. She had been transferred twice in the span of six months.
Kudare was first transferred on 18th April 2013 as per the government decision to Vasai Panchayat Samiti. On October 3, she applied for a voluntary retirement ahead of her ailing to the chief executive officer.
The general administration did not respond over her application. Instead she received a transfer on December 9 for Vikramgadh Panchayat Samiti. Instead of taking action over her application, the general administration lost the application and no action was taken over her plea.
The administration’s treatment has raised anger among the citizens.
Files disappeared from Official’s cabin
The files have been missing from Deputy Chief Executive Officer Ashok Patil’s cabin. The incident has come into light after the secret report and promotion related files have been lost from the officials’ cabins.
