Holi special trains from Konkan Railway
Konkan Railway will be running six special trains from Mumbai to Konkan on the occasion of Holi festival
Kankavali: Konkan Railway will be running six special trains from Mumbai to Konkan on the occasion of Holi festival. These special trains will run on various dates on CST-Madgaon and LTT-Karmali route along with CST-Sawantwadi unreserved train.
Dadar-Sawantwadi unreserved train will depart at 7.50am on 16th and 18th March and arrive at Sawantwadi at 7.20pm. The same train will return to Dadar on 15th, 17th and 19th leaving from Sawantwadi at 6.10am to reach at 4.10pm at Dadar. This 12 coach train will halt at Thane, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Khed, Chiplun, Sangmeshwar, Ratnagiri, Aadawali, Rajapur, Vaibhavwadi, Kankavali, Sindhudurg and Kudal.
CST-Madgaon train will start from CST at 12.20am on 14th March and reach at 12.40 pm on 15th March. Whereas, another train will leave from Madgaon at 1.30pm and reach Mumbai by 11.55pm.
These special trains have no halt at Diva junction which would cause incontinence to passengers from Thane region. They are demanding to Railway administration a halt at Diva junction.
