Ignore opposition and concentrate on serving people: Dr Rane


Congress post holders in town should make sure that development work of Congress is reaching public

Nilesh_ratnagiriRatnagiri: Congress post holders in town should make sure that development work of Congress is reaching public. Opposition does not have any development works to declare so they would only criticize others. Hence, just ignore them and concentrate on serving people, said the Member of Parliament for Ratnagiri-Sindhudurg constituency, Dr Nilesh Rane.

He was speaking at the town post holders’ meeting organized at Congress Bhavan here. He further said that if young workers are facing any issues while working here, they should seek senior’s guidance. When working in alliance with other parties, you should work united for people. Make people aware of good works that Congress has undertaken.

Oppositions have no development issues to talk about so they will only criticize. But we have to keep working for people, hence just ignore their criticism and rumors that they are spreading, Dr Rane said to alert his workforce.

Secretary of District Congress Sameer Zari, Ratnagiri Taluka President Nana Mayekar, Town President Rakesh Chavan, Vidhansabha Zonal President for Youth Congress Bunti Wanaju, Former vice Town President Bala Mayekar, Anna Limaye, District President of Health Cell Raju Bhatlekar, Vandana Sawant of women front and Corporator Munnaja Vasta were present at the meeting. Town President Rakesh Chavan presented report of zone-wise development works to Dr Rane. He also expressed their determination to elect him from the town with highest votes in upcoming elections.

Following to this, Bunti Wanju presented report of Youth Congress officials. He said that they are bringing development works of Dr Rane to public’s notice and mentioned that youth will contribute most in Dr Rane’s victory.

Nana Mayekar informed that along with taluka, officials in town are also working united and workers of Congress and NCP are working together.
