Lata Mangeshkar remembers Madan Mohan on his birth anniversary
Mumbai: Melody Queen Lata Mangeshkar today paid tribute to music composer Madan Mohan on his 91st birth anniversary.
The 85-year-old singer took to twitter to remember the music director, who was known for the ghazals he composed for the film industry, mainly using the voice of Mangeshkar, Talat Mahmood and Mohammed Rafi.
“Namaskar. Today is the 91st birth anniversary of my brother Madan Mohan. I pay tribute to his memory on this day,” Mangeshkar posted alongside a video of her song “Rasm-e-ulfat ko”, which was composed by Madan Mohan.
The music composer died on July 14, 1975.
