MIDC at Dodamarg soon
Industry Minister Narayan Rane sanctions the project
Dodamarg: The notification for the proposed Adali MIDC project has been circulated. Hence the MIDC plant in the area soon to be a reality. Executive Engineer Kale told Eknath Nadkarni who is a Zilla Parishad member about the progress.
The proposed MIDC will be at survey no. 665 at Adali. After taking all the important information about the proposal, Industry Minister Narayan Rane gave permission for the MIDC.
The notifications were delayed due to some reasons. After rectifying some technicalities the notification came out on December 2. Thus soon the process of land acquisition will start for the MIDC project.
Eknath Nadkarni had demanded Narayan Rane to bring two MIDC projects in Dodamarg taluka. Bhushan Gagarani, Chief Executive Officer, MIDC had observed the Adali land. After completing all the necessary procedure, green signal was given to the land at Adali. The project would need maximum private land. Thus Nadkarni demanded Rane that famers should get compensation as per the market prices of the land. Thus Rane has agreed upon compensation of Rs 4 lakh per acre to the farmers.
Besides that the development plots would be given to the farmers. After the final sanction, the farmers of Adali had a meeting at the gram panchayat where former MLA and present district bank chairman Rajan Teli and Eknath Nadkarni gave more information about the proposed MIDC.
