Power issues of Bhiwadi people to end soon
We will not let companies intimidate consumers, said Narayan Rane
Bhiwandi: The report of committee appointed under Narayan Rane, the Minister of Industries, was sent to the government and the decision will be given any time now. This will give relief to the people, who are annoyed with power charges issues, indicated Rane.
Husaaini Lakdawala Committee had arranged communal marriages of 23 couples at Navi Vasti area in Bhiwandi on Tuesday; Rane was the Chief Guest on the occasion. He congratulated the couples and gave good wishes for their future.
He said we are receiving complaints against Torrent Power Company in Bhiwadi. We will not let companies intimidate consumers. You can bring your complaints to me, I will ask government officials to immediately resolve them.
A government of AAP is claiming free electricity but they might not know that the production of electricity costs Rs 5.40 per unit, Rane said further.
The event was organized by Hussaini Lakdawala Committee’s President Abdul Bari Chaudhari, Corporator Din Mohommad Khan, Nihal Ahmed Khan, Abdul Hakim etc.
Traders and residents of Bhiwandi were content and pleased by Rane’s assurance about lowering electricity charges.
