Raj Thackeray travelled to Pune today without paying toll at Vashi toll booth
Mumbai: Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) Chief Raj Thackeray has traveled to Pune this morning. He has been charged by Loni Kalbhor and Rajgadh police stations for vandalization of toll booths. There is no confirmation on what action Pune police will take in this regards.
Meanwhile, Thackeray and 10 other vehicles accompanying him passed through Vashi toll booth without paying tolls.
Thackeray has called a meeting in Pune on Friday to plan strategies ahead of Lok Sabha elections. The Secretary, district presidents, public relation presidents and divisional presidents of Mumbai are invited for this meeting. The meeting’s agenda revolves around evaluating names of party candidates for upcoming elections. It will take place after MNS’s Pune Corporators’s review meeting.
The meeting will estimate the number of seats of party in the election. Thackeray will notify roll of the party in Lok Sabha elections to the party officials here.
