Rane proposes tourism training college near Jaitapur project
The Minister of Industries proposed a college for professional travel and tourism training near Jaitapur Nuclear Energy project
Mumbai: The Minister of Industries, Narayan Rane has proposed a college for professional travel and tourism training near Jaitapur Nuclear Energy project. He wrote to the Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh and K C Purohit, the President and Managing Director of Nuclear Energy Council, about this.
He has also suggested building a port near this area to halt tourist yachts to develop this location as special economic zone for tourism.
This proposal aims at upgrading the lifestyle and provides quality employment to the residents and project affected people of Jaitapur.
Rane will be meeting Purohit soon to follow up and discuss about this proposal.
