Gadchiroli: Three policemen get killed in an attack by Maoists near Bada Zaria village of Dhanora taluka in Gadchiroli district.

Maoists attacked the Special Police Force with dynamites and gun firing who were engaged in their Combing Operation in search of Maoists near Bada Zaria. Three Policemen Nishant Bhore (Gondia), Ravi Shurjanwar (Damarencha) and Satyawan Kusanwar (Gadchiroli) had to sacrifice their life in this attack.

There was information that Maoists exists near Bada Zaria village located at the border of Rajnanda district of Chhattisgarh and Gadchiroili. Accordingly the unit of police left on a combing operation to find them. In between Wednesday at around 11pm to 3 am on Thursday when the unit reached near Bada Zaria, a village 15 km away from Murumgaon, hidden Maoist attacked them with dynamites and gun fire.

The senior police officers reached to the place immediately after receiving information. But the location is quite remote causing obstacles in search operations and providing  help.
