Will fight polls on basis of work done in last 15 yrs: Dikshit
New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit today said her party will contest the December Assembly polls based on the achievements of her government and the growth witnessed in the city in the 15 years she has been in power.
“Our government has given top priority to the residents of unauthorized colonies and to the poor and under-privileged sections. Our party and government have been working with sensitivity and providing relief to people from time to time,” she said while releasing a booklet, ‘Bees Saal Sau Kamal’, highlighting the achievements of four-time MLA Mukesh Sharma in his Uttam Nagar constituency.
“The government has provided a substantial subsidy on consumption of electricity of up to 400 units per month. The government is committed to providing foodgrains at highly subsidized rates to 73 lakh persons under the Food Security Program,” she said.
