Will keep fighting for the judicious rights of Konkan: Dr. Nilesh Rane
Rane said it was a conspiracy to malign his family’s name in wake of the elections
Lanja: Member of Parliament Dr. Nilesh Rane showed his firmness on fighting for the rights of Konkan and said, “Narayan Rane is the lone competitor of all the parties in Konkan. Thus all the opposition is trying hard to settle the score and Shivsena is conspiring to damage the Rane family. But we will keep fighting for the judicious rights of Konkan.”
Dr. Rane started holding meets for Zilla Parishad units and Panchayat Samiti gans across 13 talukas of Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg districts.
Rane said, “Eco Sensitive Zone and Jaitapur Nuclear Project were on the ideas of ex-MP Suresh Prabhu. They were also mentioned on the 2009 elections agenda. I have taken efforts so as to reach the funds for the developmental works in both the districts in the past four and half years.”
He questioned the former members of the parliament elected from konkan over their contribution. He said, “What did the former member of parliaments of Lok Sabha do for Konkan?”
Rane also said that the opposition was trying to malign the environment in wake of the elections. Thus he said that they had started to defame Narayan Rane and Congress.
Ex-MLA Ganapat Kadam, senior leader Rajan Desai, Kunbi Sena district chief Chandrakant Paravadi, Taluka chief Sachin majalkar and other dignitaries were present at the program.
